Field Trials
Drehmag Centering Units have been tested on lots of bars having different sections and in-depth studies have been carried on in order to find the suitable material for the channel elements in contact with the bar.
Drehmag can now offer a strong and high reliable solution to grant every customer a working process with extremely low noise and vibration.
The video shows the working process of key 21 mm brass hexagonal bars at 2500 RPM in long bar condition, which is the most stressing condition for the loader channels.
“Twist and Go!” – Adjustable Bar Guiding Channels
DP4-Halley loaders are fitted as standard with the new patented guide-bar channels, consisting of pairs of shells facing each other. The particular shape of these shells allows, through a simple rotation, to choose from three channels of different diameter, always ensuring the perfect control of the bar.
